Murray Beach

Murray is a Managing Director and head of TM Capital Corp.’s Technology Group. Prior to joining TM Capital, Murray was the President and co-founder of Boston Corporate Finance, a boutique investment banking firm focused on providing merger and acquisition, capital raising and general advisory services to global companies in the technology sector. He has over twenty-five years of experience in negotiating, structuring, valuing and closing mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to founding Boston Corporate Finance, he was a Group Head of Corporate Finance for KPMG, serving Technology clients around the globe.  Murray graduated with honors from Harvard University and earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Lawrence K. Gottlieb, MD, MPP, FACP (BoA)

Larry is a board-certified internal medicine physician with 25 years of experience in health care quality management and improvement with numerous publications on quality in the medical and health policy literature.  He has held several senior leadership positions in managed care and clinical information systems development and has been widely recognized for strategic thinking and effective leadership among healthcare industry executives. 

Larry is currently the Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs and Chief Quality Officer at Commonwealth Care Alliance, an integrated health care system dedicated to the care of vulnerable populations.  Immediately prior to joining Commonwealth Care Alliance, Larry served as Vice President and Senior Medical Director at Health Dialog, a Boston-based international wellness and chronic care support organization. He previously held senior clinical positions with Harvard Community Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan.

Michael George


With over 25 years of experience in starting, building, growing and leading world-class application and infrastructure software companies, Michael is a proven CEO with strong leadership, team recruiting and development, strategic, and execution skills with global expertise in; start-up and transition organizations, turnaround and growth.

From 2006 to 2008 Michael was the CEO of RFID software leader OATSystems. During his tenure, he successfully repositioned the company into key vertical markets it grew to dominate. OAT was acquired by Checkpoint Systems in June 2008. Prior to OAT Michael was the CEO of Bowstreet, which was acquired by IBM in December 2005. Early career experience includes being the CEO or other senior executive positions for Interlynx ,TALX Corporation, DEKA R&D Corporation. Michael is a graduate of Suffolk University where he now serves as a Trustee and MIT’s Birthing of Giants Executive MBA Program
